California Collaborative for Long-Term Services & Supports (CCLTSS)
The California Collaborative For Long Term Services and Supports (CCLTSS) advocates for the dignity, health, and independence of older and disabled adults. Members include nearly 60 state and regional organizations including providers, caregivers, advocates, and consumers - and collectively CCLTSS represents millions of older and disabled Californians, their caregivers, and those who provide health, human services, and housing.
The Collaborative works to advance an equitable and high-quality system of long-term services and supports (LTSS) that strengthen the person, their family, caregivers, circles of support, and the community at large by:
- Fostering understanding among members about the importance of all of the components of the LTSS system;
- Educating policymakers about the needs of older adults and people with disabilities;
- Developing policy solutions and recommendations for improvements; and
- Supporting members in their advocacy on behalf of the programs and services that are the backbone of California’s system of care.
